Dreams of Failure is a video work completed in 2006.

It is a 9 minute long interpretation of a reoccurring modern dream: the dream of failing, of not making it.

Using the video camera as a microscope, I conduct a digital examination of my immediate spaces, transforming worn walls and rusty tables into the vast landscapes of my dreams, inventing a geography that is unseen to the naked eye. My findings, dark and brooding, manifest a panic that lies dormant in the subtext of modern culture.
